How fast will we hear back?

Within one working day, usually the same day if you write during Lahore or Dubai office hours. Call slots you request are confirmed by email within the same window, and we hold the slot for you while we do.

What should we prepare for the call?

Nothing formal. It helps to know the one workflow you would hand off first, roughly how often it happens, and which tools it touches, such as your CRM, calendar or inbox. If you have a call log or a list of common customer questions, bring it.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes. Mention it in your message and we send our mutual NDA before the call, or sign yours. Keep the first message general if you prefer, and share the details once it is signed.

Is the discovery call free?

Yes. It is 30 minutes, there is no obligation, and you leave with a recommendation on which service fits, the package and price, and a realistic go-live date, whether or not you build with us.
